About Me
Meet Dr. Stefanie
I see you. And I want you to know, you’re in the right place.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re carrying something heavy, the kind of weight that may not show on the outside but lives deep in your body, nervous system, and sense of self.
Maybe someone you trusted changed the way you see yourself. Maybe you’re only beginning to name what happened. Whatever brought you here, what you experienced was real, it wasn’t your fault, and healing is possible.
My Story
My path into this work wasn’t just academic. It was deeply personal. Over the years, I’ve come to understand healing not only through the lens of psychology, but through my own lived experience of finding my way back to myself.
I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Transpersonal Psychology. To me, that means healing happens at the level of the whole person: your mind, your body, your spirit, and your sense of something larger than yourself.
That conviction didn’t come from a textbook. It came from sitting with real people in real pain and witnessing what becomes possible when they are truly seen.
How I Work
I specialize in working with people recovering from narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, parental alienation, and difficult relationship experiences, whether they happened with a partner, a parent, or in a toxic workplace.
My clients are often high-achieving people who have been quietly falling apart on the inside, exhausted by gaslighting and prolonged emotional stress.
Our work together may blend depth psychology, nervous-system awareness, somatic practices, and spiritual or intuitive approaches. I think of it as evidence-based healing with soul.
Sessions are virtual and customized to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here, only a thoughtful, grounded space where your healing can unfold in its own way and at its own pace.
What I Believe
I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering who you were before someone else’s dysfunction became your story.
You still have your voice. You still have your power. Sometimes you need a safe space, and someone who truly understands, to find your way back to them.
“Deep soul healing is the quiet unraveling of all that is not love, until only the truth of your being remains, radiant and whole, like a candle remembering it was always fire.”
